Spectratek Technologies announces another technological breakthrough in decorative products, engraved films. This premium line of decorative film products exhibits extraordinary movement and the perception of depth. Engraved films are available in 1 mil and 2 mil polyester film, and in widths up to 55”.

Engraved films open a whole new arena for product packaging enhancement. This new look is subtler than holographic diffraction, and can be tailored to suit each individual application. Engraved films lend elegance to any application, and the rich look of the materials is enhanced by color tint or printing.

Engraved films can be laminated to board stock for folding cartons; adhesive coated with a liner for labels and decal applications, and can also be converted into flexible packaging. Our decorative film lines are treated for ink reception in most printing methods, and can be treated further for more complicated conversion methods.

The below examples are not a listing of patterns offered, but more of a view of the vast capabilities that open up via this new method. We can create a pattern specific to customers’ needs, or we can modify one of the examples shown here. We also have the ability to take customer provided artwork, and create custom image decorative patterns for special applications.
