Spectratek's holographic decorative films are engineered for ease of use, blazing color, performance under inking, and durability. Just set any of our thirteen diffraction patterns next to holography from any other manufacturer and the difference in quality will be obvious. Spectratek's diffraction patterns are richer in color, depth, and clarity. Notice that our embossed holography is always "On".

We strongly suggest for those printers, who are considering the use of embossed holography from any other manufacturer, to print a sample on the holographic product they are thinking of buying. The sample's optical performance after printing will no doubt have been greatly muted; the prismatic colors will look duller and milkier, the overall contrast will be diffused, the eye catching "action" of the holography largely subdued.

Please keep in mind that Spectratek can recreate all of our diffraction gratings to incorporate such things as eye-marks for die-cutting, other embedded holographic images, or non-holographic metallic finishes where volumes warrant. Since 1987, Spectratek has offered a full line of pressure sensitive adhesive film product for label printing, stickers, and signage applications. It is more than likely that the first diffraction pattern or 3-D hologram you ever saw was Spectratek's product. We use only premium liners guaranteeing that the adhesion quality, coating integrity, and surface flatness of our PSA product are unmatched in the decorative film market. Our stock PSA liner weights are 50 and 90Lbs, although the full gamut of weights, (20Lbs - 150Lbs), are available upon request. All of our roll format PSA films, regardless of liner weight, are available in 1 or 2 mil films with standard web widths of 24" and 39".

The stock master roll lengths for 50Lb PSA lined film, (recommended for Flexo automatic labeling equipment), and 90Lb PSA lined films are 5,000' and 2,500', respectively. Lengths for other liner weights may vary. Conversion to smaller roll lengths and widths is available per customer specifications. For 90Lb PSA lined films, or greater, sheeting is available. Please contact us for further production information. Spectratek has also made available a number of specialty adhesive products that include: PSA coated film with a clear PET liner, Nylon thermal adhesive coated film, and film laminated to static cling vinyl.

Our line of holographic paper laminate can be used for any paper application. Uses for this line include, but are in no way limited to: gift-wrap, Christmas decorations, bags, tubes, label face stock, ribbons, bows, page decoration, response mailings, crafts, novelty enhancement, wallpaper, and all types of print publishing. This amazing paper/film product looks, feels, and tears like paper while retaining the premium look of Spectratek's embossed film holography. Holographic film laminate paper is constructed by laminating embossed and metalized 48 gauge, (1/2mil), ultra-clear polyester film to premium quality paper substrate.

Our paper laminate is available on 30, (prime label stock), 60, 70, 80, and 100 pound paper stock. Paper laminate rolls are available in web widths of 39.5" and 54.5". Master roll lengths for 30lb prime label stock and 70lb paper laminate are 6,500' and 3,500' respectively, although we will convert to longer or shorter lengths upon request. One mil paper laminate is available upon request.

Spectratek understands the complex material construction involved in the creation of heat and cold seal flexible packaging for domestic and international consumption. Capri Sun and McDonalds have both taken advantage of Spectratek's ability to emboss striking three-dimensional holography for their branded products.
